Privacy policy
In short: I only receive what you leave in the form or write to me yourself, I use it to reply and to work on your task, I never sell it, and I delete it on your first request.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Victor Dmitriev, a private individual based in Moscow. For any data question: hello@vdmitriev.com.
What data
- From the website form: your name, a contact for the reply (email, Telegram or phone), the task description.
- From the request page my.vdmitriev.com and from emails: your email, our messages, the stages of work on your request.
- Website visit statistics: pages viewed, referrer, country, device and browser type. The counter uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses, so it cannot tell who you are.
Why
- To reply to your request and discuss the task.
- To work on the project: report stages, send a proposal, keep in touch.
- To show the status of your request on your page at my.vdmitriev.com.
- To understand which pages are useful, from anonymous statistics.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form or by writing to me yourself (Russian Federal Law 152-FZ, article 6, part 1, item 1). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@vdmitriev.com.
Where the data is stored and who helps process it
- The website, email, requests and messages are stored on rented servers in Germany (IONOS and AEZA data centres).
- The request page my.vdmitriev.com runs through the Cloudflare, Inc. network (USA), which protects it from attacks.
- A notification about a new request or your message reaches me in Telegram (Telegram Messenger).
By ticking the box in the form you also agree to this cross-border transfer. Apart from the above, I do not share or sell your data.
How long I keep it
I keep the request and our messages while we work and for 3 years after the last message, so we can come back to the project. Then I delete them. Visit statistics are kept only in anonymous form.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@vdmitriev.com and I will reply within 10 business days.
Cookies and security
The website sets no cookies. The request page sets one technical cookie so you stay signed in after opening the link from the email. All connections are encrypted, and only I have access to requests and email.
